Quality Engineer

A Quality Engineer monitors and tests the quality of products in industrial sectors such as manufacturing and the automotive industry. Ensures compliance with standards, identifies issues, recommends solutions, processes complaints, and creates quality documentation.

Main Responsibilities: 

• -    Establishes detailed instructions on what needs to be checked and what quality standards to follow.
• Updates the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, repairs, and improvements.
• Conducts audits of systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Sets quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
• Monitors the production cycle and conducts regular tests to promptly detect potential faults.
• Inspects product materials for defects and longevity.
• Identifies the root causes of technical issues and recommends repairs.
• Prepares reports on faults and corrective actions (e.g., the number of defective raw materials per order).
• Collaborates with external auditors and quality assurance technicians.
• Collaborates with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction by improving product quality

Necessary Skills / Requirements and Skills:

• Practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
• Deep understanding of technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical analysis
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a relevant field
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO TS standards.
• Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, G&D, PDCA, PPAP, SPC)
