The course participants will acquire the knowledge and skills to analyze the problem root causes in order to determine correct and effective solutions. They will learn the basic approach on related to the root cause analysis methods through a structured problem-solving process. Participants will be able to apply appropriate QC Tools and methods to solve the problem and they gain experience in team dynamics.
