Retraining of internal auditors according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard

Course objectives

• prepare internal auditors to perform internal audits in organizations according to the latest edition of EN ISO 9001:2015 standard,
• acquaint the course participants in detail about the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2015 standard,
• point out changes between the EN ISO 9001:2008 standard and the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Course content

• basic changes after the last revision of the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard,
• needs and expectations in connection with the new scope of the quality management system,
• new management requirements,
• risk management measures and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction,
• planning and managing changes when updating management systems,
• integration of the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard with the EN ISO 14001:2015 and EN ISO 45001:2018 standards,

When registering for retraining, it is necessary to send a scan of the original internal auditor's certificate to cems@cems.sk
