Course objectives

Knowledge and successful supplier management are among the key factors for ensuring production quality and the competitiveness of organizations. The aim of the training is to provide organizations (primarily manufacturing organizations across various industrial sectors) with essential information on supplier selection and evaluation, risk management in the supply chain, and the development and expansion of partnership programs with key suppliers, extending them to other suppliers.

• KPIs for Supplier Management and Supply Chain Performance
• Implementation and Development of Supplier Partnership Programs (steps and procedures)
• Communication with Suppliers (selected aspects and factors)
