- Purpose and objectives of the PPAP process in the context of IATF 16949 requirements
- Explanation of terms and abbreviations
- Process requirements (Significant Production Run)
- Customer notification requirements regarding changes and the need for the PPAP process (presentation of examples of specific requirements from Ford, GM, Toyota, PSA, MB)
- Set of 18 key PPAP process requirements/activities
- Levels of submission to the customer / choice of level
- 3 alternatives for customer approval status
- Explanation of documentation/formats according to the PPAP Manual (4th edition 2009) (Ford, Chrysler, General Motors) and VDA 2 guidelines - Quality Assurance of Supplies
- Product quality assurance in series deliveries
- Management of the PPAP process with suppliers
- Practical application
The training can also be completed as a complete comprehensive education APQP, Control Plan, PPAP (according to the latest edtitions) or Innovative methods used in the automotive industry and mechanical engineering.
