Practical workshop on reverse FMEA

Course objectives

Have you already encountered customer demand for the introduction of reverse FMEA? The aim of the workshop is to deepen the skills and awareness of the reverse FMEA method in practice. Based on practical examples, participants will learn how to properly prepare Process FMEA documents through the workshop. During the workshop, they will receive feedback on the solution of individual tasks.

• Analysis of selected processes with the team at the workplace
• Simulation of potential failures and verification of corrective and detection measures in the selected process
• Situations that lead to analysis using reverse FMEA
