Personal Data Protection Act in accordance with the EU Regulation - GDPR

Course objectives

The objective of the course is to provide basic information to participants about the most significant changes that GDPR brings compared to Act 122/2013 Coll. on personal data protection, in relation to the basic principles of processing, legal bases, rights of data subjects, as well as elements to demonstrate compliance with GDPR.
