Online technical support covered by Ms. Barboríková before the training, exact timing of breaks and their observance. Even though I sent the training application one day before the training, I received a lot of information about the connection and materials well in advance.

Expertise of the lecturer. Hats off to such extensive material that the lecturer managed everything.
I felt that for some participants there could be more space for examples of individual methodologies. This was limited by time (recommendation towards CeMS, not the lecturer). The lecturer managed it perfectly.
