Practical examples of how to keep listeners awake :) if they are active even better. I didn't have a microphone, but the lecture the first day was excellent, the second day just as good. Thank you very much and I wish you much success

the lecturer was really knowledgeable about the issue, she knew how to answer all questions, she gave examples from practice. I praise her friendly and human approach, she also seemed very kind and sympathetic. Unlike many other trainers, it didn't seem to me that she just wanted to recite and be done, but she really made sure to sell us the best possible knowledge.

In view of other work duties and the ability of a person to fully concentrate, the regime of 2x 0.5 days was completely satisfactory to me
