- professional approach, both of the lecturer and the organizer/technical support lady - clearly explained issues
- with the duration of the training from 8:00-12:00, I would prefer one longer break, then the listener would be more focused

The instructor was super awesome and impressed me a lot with his lecture
I suggest providing trainers with a better device for streaming lectures. As he himself stated, both the picture and the sound were choppy when multitasking
