Experience:

10 years of experience in education in the field of services. For 7 years, he focused on human resources management, mainly in the areas of Corporate Purchasing, Leadership, Teambuilding and Project Management. Consulting and coaching in the production, service, (construction, hotel, human resources) sectors, sports - implemented several projects aimed mainly at improving processes, increasing motivation...

He currently cooperates with three foreign MBA institutes, where he lectures on Project Management and Project Management. He lectures Project management in social work at the St. Elizabeth University of Health and Social sciences in Bratislava, leads bachelor's and diploma theses focused on projects in social work.

He writes expert articles on corporate purchasing, process management and project management for several portals. The main areas of activity include Project Management and Team Building and Management, Leadership, Etiquette, Tourism Business Management, Tourism Business Marketing, Communication, Creation and tutoring of e-learning programs and Ethics Manager for colleagues in the tourism industry and others.
